Elderflower

We created this flavour as a memory of the homemade elderflower cordial our grandmothers used to make — fragrant, refreshing and forever associated with summer.

We combined acacia honey with fresh elderflowers and allowed them to slowly release their fragrance into its sweetness. We do not rush or force the process — we let the honey take exactly as much as it chooses.

The result is a light, fresh flavour with a delicate floral aroma. A familiar childhood memory that we still love adding to warm tea during the colder months.
