Damask Rose was the first flavour we created. We wanted to make something unmistakably Bulgarian, presented in beautiful packaging — a gift for someone close or something special to take when visiting friends abroad.
We combined acacia honey with fresh Bulgarian Damask rose petals, allowing them to gradually release their fragrance into its sweetness.
We do not rush or force the process. We let the honey take from the rose exactly as much as it chooses.
The result is a refined and distinctive flavour — expressive, yet never overpowering. A small gourmet gift carrying a taste of Bulgaria.
