A gift for a little princess
The idea for this flavour came to me while I was wondering what gift to create for the guests at my niece’s christening. I wanted it to be beautiful, different and remembered as a lovely keepsake from the special day.
That is how Wild Strawberry Pie appeared — with an aroma reminiscent of a walk in the forest and a delicate baby-pink colour, just right for a little princess.
We combined honey with wild strawberries and cocoa butter for a soft, creamy texture. We added hibiscus to achieve the beautiful pink shade and bring freshness to the flavour.
Created as a gift for the guests at a family celebration, it later became part of the Bee My Bloom collection.
